High 3's my freshman year at MSU... Undecided. The onlything that hurt my grade was calculus... although I know the material, I'm a horrible math test taker, and have been ever since I can remember.

Once you're actually in, I've heard stories that quite a few of the programs aren't always the strictest grade sticklers around. But that's all subjective; Emory had some courses where an A was guaranteed, and others where you did indeed work your a$$ off. But either way, in the end, a 4.0 is a 4.0.
I do so enjoy doctoral programs, though. Grades aren't terribly important here; so long as you make at least a B, you pass. I think I'll be pulling two A's and a B (or possibly a third A, depending on how well I do on saturday's final) in my graded courses. I hope, anyways.

for the Engineering majors i know the Profs make it half impossible to pass.
