Greetings, all. Kroger has the Stouffer's Single-Serve entrees on sale this week for $1.99 each, with an additional $5 off if you buy 10. That makes the entrees $1.49 plus tax each when you buy 10, and it looks like tax is calculated after savings and not before (a better deal for the consumer). The same deal applies to a lower calorie entree (I think that it's Lean Cuisine, but I may have the brand wrong). The Stouffer's entrees normally cost anywhere from $3.19 - $3.49 each (or more), so it's a pretty hot deal for great tasting frozen dinners.
Some of the Stouffer's entrees come in two sizes, small and a larger "Satisfying Size", but both sizes are on sale for the same price. Be sure and opt for the larger size when applicable.
Additionally, a coupon prints at checkout that gives an additional $2.50 off of eleven (11) Stouffer's entrees, but you will have to use that on a future purchase. Earlier in the week they were printing off a "$2 off nine (9) entrees" coupon, but I guess that they changed it. If you buy 11 more entrees and use the $2.50-off coupon, the price will be about $1.31 per entree plus tax for those 11 entrees.
Note that Kroger sale prices run from Sunday-Saturday, so today (Saturday, March 14) may be the last day for this deal. I'll update this post if the deal is still valid for the upcoming week.
EDITed to add: Sale prices are only valid at Kroger if you use a "Kroger Plus Shoppers Card", but the card is free and available at the checkout register.
