Ok heres my situation, I sold something on ebay and I put up payment as paypal only, and the guy is having problems with paypal, he says he can use stormpay but I have never heard of them so I do not know if they are reputable or not. I'd really like some feedback from AT if anyone has anything to say about this web service be it good or bad I would like to know, I don't really trust stormpay because I do not know them, nor do I trust the guy who is buying what I am selling.

Their website doesn't look too good either, looks like it could have been put together in about 15 minutes on notepad.
 
Yeah um that guy is stupid. His "problems with PayPal" really means that he doesn't have Paypal at all. And Stormpay does look a wee bit shady.

Here's what happens... I had a paypal account long ago that i closed without removing my credit card. I wanted to pay you tonight because i really don't wanna wait 5 days. So i called Paypal and asked them to reactivate my old account and remove my credit card from the account (so i could put it on my new one). They reactivated it and removed the card but i got a huge surprise, someone did a chargeback of 185$ on his credit card (someone i sold my ipod to), and paypal put up limited access to my account, which means... i cannot add the credit card on my account, until i pay what i owe to paypal. The problem is that i can't pay with a credit card, they enforce me to pay with bank account funds. And i obviously won't pay for that, i gave him the ipod, the guy is a huge frauder.

So now i tried to add my credit card on my new paypal and it says i can't. I could pay you with anything else than Paypal. That's why i looked for other solutions and came up with www.stormpay.com, 100% secure.

stormpay works just like paypal, create an account with your email, add ur bank account, i send you the 350$, you receive it and transfer it to your bank account, you can close your account with stormpay after.

I'm sorry it turned that way, i really want that account but just can't use Paypal.

Yah, I'm always suspicious of people on Ebay, I just told the guy on aim that I'm not using stormpay and he bid on it when it said plainly that only paypal was accepted.

So either work it out or I put the auction back up.
 
You tell him either follow the rules or you're going to tell him he's bullsh!t and give him a non paying bidder strike.

Point is you followed every rule possible and if he bid, he agrees to Paypal only. So just fvck him over if he doesn't pay you by paypal.
