Storm Question

I finally got my Storm from Fedex and I ordered the screen protectors for it but it looks like it came with one applied already, has anyone else who bought one does it come with a factory screen protector or is this one that is on it not really a true screen protector and should just replace it with one I bought?

Every single electronic gadget I've ever purchased has the same cheap plastic protection to help keep the shiny bits scratch free through shipping. It isn't designed to be used, but may be good enough to keep on while you're waiting for a real screen protector. These temporary ones will come off easily though, so don't expect it to be safe in a pocket.

The factory cover is not conductive. Take it off and apply the one you bought.

I know the difference from a real screen protector and the easy to peel off shipping to keep it from getting messed up ones. This one was under the normal shipping ones, and it is going to take some work to get it off that is why I was curious if it was a new thing with this phone.

EDIT: It was a thin ol temp one, but looking at how perfect it was on there I didnt want to take it off if it actually was a screen protector, maybe now my typing will get better since like DBZ said it was a nonconductive one.

how hard was it to apply? for $25 I'll pay that price if what I get is a nice see through plastic thats pretty solid resistance against scratches, smudges etc.

No man, get one at bestskinsever.com It's the exact same thing for a LOT less. I've used BSE on every phone and mp3 player I've had and I love them.

before it actually came out, it looked like it would be wicked. now with all the user reviews out, i can definitely wait before getting one, if i ever do
