stopped loading

i have a little problem with my isp
i can get online but after loading half or a quarter of the page it stops loading
and i look at the connection thingie
there are NO MORE BYTES sent out and received!!!
wat't the problem!!! i juz cant figure wat happened ?? the most confusing thing is that it works sometimes 4 awhile , and it stops working again?? i shouldn't be an isp problem as the isp is the national isp

First, just because they are a national ISP, doesn't mean they are 100% reliable. Bigger is not neccessarily better.

I would suggest checking the ISP's website, but that wouldn't be practical in this case. If it has happened since you began using this ISP, it is probably a bad load of their software. If it started happening "out of the blue", check to see what changes you have made to your computer about the time that you started having problems. Depending on the ISP, I would also check with their support to see if this is a known problem. Having the information about when the problem started and if any changes were made to your computer would definately help.

yup,i've juz applied for another isp....
i'll try it out,but i dun think that's the problem though cos all my friends using this isp never met up with this problem before
