Did chest and triceps today and if I fully extend my arm my triceps twist/lock/knot/twitch/whatever and its annoying and I took a two hour bike ride and so my quads are doing the same thing.
I'm assuming stretching is the best thing and I've done that but its still happening; any other tips/tricks to get them to stop?
