Stop muscles from cramping/twitching?

Did chest and triceps today and if I fully extend my arm my triceps twist/lock/knot/twitch/whatever and its annoying and I took a two hour bike ride and so my quads are doing the same thing.

I'm assuming stretching is the best thing and I've done that but its still happening; any other tips/tricks to get them to stop?

Mine do that after a good workout... maybe it's normal?

I'd try to get some electrolytes, though - potassium and salt. Banana, apple or grape juice, and pizza does the trick for me.

Yeah, this is a frequent sign of low potassium or magnesium intake. Eat foods high in them (banana, avocados, potatoes for potassium; black beans, spinach, broccoli for magnesium). You may also be dehydrated, especially with such high activity levels.
