Stop focus theft

Someone once told me of a Microsoft utility that, among many things, allowed you to stop programs from stealing focus.
Does anyone know of any? (or the one im talking about 🙂 )

PS This is not for AIM or any instant messaging program.

Oh, so that annoying thing that happens when I update my Antivirus while I"m playiing a game and I get interrupted 6 times by an window informing me of the progress?

If that sounds retarded, I blame it on the drink.

Like a program will just all the sudden become the "focus"? Weird. Never have had that happen. Sounds like a virus

only happens rarely for me and i didn't like some of the other stuff tweakui did/didn't do so i don't use it anymore.

Wow, can't believe you guys were going all this time without TweakUI and its 'prevent applications from stealing focus' setting...

nothing worse than playing an intense round of UT or whathaveyou and have it alt-tab out to get a message window from someone I don't want to talk to at the moment.

Browse Amazon.com's site with multiple browser windows open. Every single damn page will take the focus when it loads. I've avoided shopping there when I can because of it. And yes, I do have TweakUI installed, and the Steal Focus tweak enabled.
