Stop Error

i got a BSOD with the following info:

"a wait operation, attatch process or yield was attempted from a DPC routine"

Stop: 0x000000B8 (0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

i was doing a sisoft sandra memory "burn test" when it occured as i had just overclocked by cpu/ram.

i have done a google search with no joy.
anyway able to tell me what the likely culprit is?

so far this is the closest thing i've found. any help ? i know it says win2000 but.....
