Stood in line today for 2 hours to . . . vote early!

Voted early today and it took 2.5 hours! So either
1) The lines will be crazy long on Nov 4, or
2) Everyone would have voted by then and I should've waited.

Norht Carolina. So you guys voting early and often, or waiting? Or not at all?

The people in line were quite cheerful even though it was awfully cold. Some reporters were interviewing people and snapping photos.

...Though they're just calling them mail-in ballots in CO, since "absentee" sort of implies the requirement of absence, which confuses people.

That reminds me - I really need to remember my camera this year. My polling booth is literally held together with bailing twine. (Unless they updated it, which I hope they didn't.) Never a line for me. If every single resident of my town showed up simultaneously to vote, I might have about a 10 minute wait.
