I know I'll never get the chance, but man it must be fun to see Sir Patrick Stewart doing stage acting.

To people bitching about vertical videos - that is the natural way to hold a phone when you are recording a video, and it looks fine if you are playing the video on a phone. It is YouTube's fault that vertical videos are maligned. They insist on putting huge pillarboxes on both sides when they could easily create a vertically-oriented video player. The fact that they haven't just proves that Google is asleep at the wheel. I can't believe they are so behind the times in fact. Facebook plays vertical videos just fine.

EDIT: This is how Facebook shows vertical videos. Video on the left, comments on the right. YouTube sucks and can't get with the times.

I dunno, but the idea of a stoned Patrick Stewart is enough to make geeks go into convulsions. It's also quite fitting since this episode of Frasier was just on last night:

Probably one of the best episodes ever of Frasier. :)

God I miss that show. I hated it when it first aired, but gave it a chance in reruns. Kinda kicked myself for not giving it more of a chance earlier. I just never cared for Frasier too much when he was on Cheers.

i cannot disagree more. human vision is a horizontal rectangle, not a vertical slit. nobody wants a tall-screen tv or wrap-over glasses. phones are meant to be held vertically, but it's the phone manufacturers fault that images are not automatically oriented horizontally regardless of how the phone is held. if facebook supports or prefers vertical videos, it's because of 2 reasons: it supports their own specialized purpose, and they cater to the lowest common denominator.
