Stomach feeling quesy in the morning when not eating anything

Nocturnal

Lifer
Ok, so I wake up everyday, do my thing get ready. When I wake up, I'm never hungry. I don't feel like I need to eat. I haven't ate anything since I woke up this morning. My stomach feels weird, and kinda sore. It happens everyday. I'm not sure what it could be, but does this happen to everyone who usually doesn't eat something in the morning to fill their stomach up?

Every morning my stomach gets the same way. I just eat a granola bar and within a few minutes I feel fine.

same thing has been happening to me the past two months. i just take two rolaids and it subsides

Yup. Im never hungery in the morning even after a light dinner the night before, but if I dont eat I get a bad headache and feel like im gonna barf. I just have to force myself to eat somthing.

When I wake up in the morning I am very hungry. I usually have three waffles. That's at 8:20am. Then by 11:00am I am hungry again. Not normal, I know, but I deal with it.

It has to do with the acid building up in your stomach overnight...I was having the same problems and went to the Dr with it...he pretty much told me to stop being and twit and eat something for breakfast.....

Actually, if you do eat a light dinner the night before, you probably won't be hungry. Likewise, if you eat a huge dinner the night before, you probably will be hungry in the morning. This is because when you eat a lot, your stomach expands and in the morning, there's more space to be filled.

I haven't eaten breakfast regularly in about 5 years and don't feel the worse for it. I always have large lunches and dinners though. Maybe you should at least put something in your stomach to deal with the acid as shinerburke suggested. A slice of bread perhaps? Takes about 2 seconds to stuff down...

Might be hypoglycemia (reuccuring low blood sugar). I've got it, no big deal, just eat something with carbos that aren't sugar and you'll feel better.
