Stomach aches

"If you're going to spew, spew into this.."

Is it indigestion? Sometimes when I feel like I gonna toss, I take some Tums or Rolaids and it helps immensely.

Imodium won't help because its an anti-motility agent and only works on intestines.
For stomach aches, seriously, nothing beats Pepto-Bismal. If the stomachaches have been persistant, then something else might be up.

You have a stomach ache that makes you want to vomit, but you don't have diarrhea? Do you constantly feel hungry? Might be an ulcer. Try Zantacs and see a doctor if this is longer than a day.

Pepto is helping. I know it can make it hurt more sice it is a cox1 and 2 inhibitor, but I took 2 alieve.

Oh, don't take NSAID's for tummy pain, your GI system is already irritated & NSAID's will make it worse.

They make it worse because they supress mucus production which protects your stomach lining from acid. However, if acid is not causing my ache, I think they will help. And, so far, the alieve has helped.

What usually do is put 3-4 tablespoons of baking soda into a glass of warm water...Ahhhhh works everytime. Relief
