probly from too much exhertion in that area. it really depends on what kind of ache it is.

muscle cramp type ache = need more muscle exercise = more sex for you.
other kind of pain = i have no idea.

I think the pain nerves for internal organs get mapped to the stomache area. so any sort of pain in that area resembles a stomache pain.
