Stock heatsinks

I just went out and purchased an OEM 7850 CPU for my Asus M2N-E. I didn't realize it was OEM until I bought it, until it was in my hand I thought it was retail. What I'm wondering is if I can use the stock heatsink/fan combo that came with my 3800+ (which is what I'm replacing) on the 7850. Are they basically the same?
