Stock heatsink on the E6300 - decent for OCing?

I'm piecing together my new Core Duo system; planning on the E6300 and overclocking it to around 3.0GHz or so. Nothing too extreme.

Is the stocking heatsink OK or should I get something better? I have good case airflow.

Addtionally, is the HSF the same for all three models (6300/6400/6800) or is it the same one? If so, the HSF on the 6300 should be more than adequate.

Thanks.

Stock cooler should be decent, unless you are going to raise your voltage above 1.4Vcore. Just keep those temps undercontrol, with TAT or Coretemp it shouldn't get higher than 70c at 100% load. At speedfan your CPU temp shouldn't pass the 62c

Although I don't have one, everyone is saying that the stock heatsinks are fine for 2.8-3.0 Ghz, assuming you aren't anal about temps, like I am.
