Stock connect3d x850xt PE with 76C load?

I have yet to overclock this thing and it is already hitting 76C when playing BF2! Getting the readouts from ATI Tool. I was wondering if such high temps are normal?

Heck no when I oced my x850xt pe to 600/600 45-51 on load but then again i have some killer case fans.

I reckon that a tad too much. Mines as a X850XT usually it sits around the mid or low 60s

Oh well mine sits in the upper 60s on BF2 around 68 sometimes hitting 70.

Mine hit high 70's under load.

Man..my temps are just getting higher and higher, it just reached 80C!!@#$!@ Any clue what might be causing this? Had the card for a few weeks and finally completed my system last week and been pushing it this week.

EDIT: found the prob, for some reason ati tool set my fan speed to 5% only, now it idles around 40C and load around 64C. Hmm I so need to go water cooling, the noise on this video card fan is annoying loud compared to the rest of my system. Are there any coolers that I could replace that is quieter and more efficent?
