Stock computer overheating?

I have little experience managing a computer's temperatures, which is something I am going to have to learn with my new system.

PC Probe 2 comes up with 47 degrees celcius on my motherboard, even with the side of the case open. Whether or not this is actually a bad temp, I dont know.
