Stock Athlon 1.2 HSF.

I was just wondering if the stock HSF that comes with the retail version is sufficient. I wasn't planning on doing any overclocking and I'm assuming that it should be sufficient, but I'm not sure. Any thoughts?

of course it is sufficient or else AMD wouldnt have packaged it. If you overclock you may run into trouble.
