Still no confirmation E mail from dell.com

how fast does dell.com get their confirmation e mails out? i just bought a 40x cdrw yesterday and still no e mail back

mine usually arrive within an hour, the order confirmation saying it went thru can sometimes take a couple days if they have a lot of orders but you should have at least got the first email
