still having cmos problems

HELP!!! once in a while my computer wont boot up unless i restart the cmos. I tried replacing the battery, i tried updating bios, but it still happens especially if i unplug the power cord and plug it back in again. The computer is less then 3 weeks old. Once i do reset cmos there is nothign wrong with the computer untill it does not boot up again,.

i have the same issue with my a8v. i decided to rma the board since i could not find any other cause for this
