Still havent played Grid Autosport

I've put about 7 hours into it.

I don't like the drifting venues ... I've never liked them.

The rest of the game is... good. I think at this point in my life, I've played sooo many racing games it's hard for anything to stand out.

I need to upgrade my system though. Still banging with my 4core AMD II Phenom and 8GB of ram.

I haven't enjoyed Grid since...well...Grid. The driving has improved over the years but the filler driver storyline crap has turned me off. Grid Autosport wasn't as offensive as Grid 2 in that sense, but it still wasn't what I wanted. In addition, I really hate that some races require repetition of the exact same track.

For those that just want to drive, take a look at Assetto Corsa.

Actually, if you just wanna drive, I find TDU to be the most fun. Or TDU 2 cuz it has two islands and some off-roading.
