Stickers on Processor Box

I bought an AMD 64 3000+ from Monarch Computers, but it is missing the two stickers on the front of the box. (Retail Box) Also it was packaged badly; one side of the box wasn't even cushioned so it was rattled pretty badly. I haven't opened the box and was wondering if I should return it. Newegg didnt have a retail box and I was wanting the bundled heat sink/fan. Newegg PictureNewegg Picture

To clarify, these are the two yellow stickers on the bottom left and bottom right corner of the box. I am aware that this is the 3200+ but it is still the 90nm process.

Yeah fvck that man, id freaking go off on somebody over that one. Monarch is a good seller but that is not acceptable.
