Stickers....illegal?

For some reason i have a three year warnty on my pc!????!,and i realy want to do some up grading my self like more ram, new hard drive ,ect. but that little stupid Sticker on the back is preventing me from doing so. so.....in this case.......does any one know where i can find some E-machines warnty stickers?
 
sticker just means that if you open up the pc, you void the warranty.

If you screw up on the hardware, you'll need to pay $$$ to get it fixed.

 
you have a 1 year warranty, e-machine doesn't offer a 3 year.
if u have a store's warranty, i.e. best buy or circuit city, the sticker is irrelevant
