There are so many of them that it will probably take him his last week in office to do them all. And, I wouldn't be shocked if every recipient is required to sign a reciprocal nondisclosure agreement (to prevent any of them from publishing books about the GOT).

I'm trying to figure the timing of this. Is Barr trying to show that he's not giving Trump's friends a break? Was the falling out worse than thought?
