Thats pretty funny. Sad but funny. I suspect the number of people voting for a candidate have no idea why.

How many "know what I am saying" in that short discussion? I lose count. If Fox or WSJ did the interview, we would have the "OMG...soooo racist" card pulling out pronto.

One interviewee was under the impression that 2008 Republican nominee John McCain is also running this time.

"Just trust me, not one person knew that Osama bin Laden was dead," Stern said during the segment.

"Well, we're obviously dealing with a whole population that doesn't listen to the newscasts or read a newspaper," co-host Robin Quivers said.

And these clueless voters are allowed to vote? Yike.

Wonder how many of those people he interviewed have actually cast a presidential (or any other) vote for that matter???

I enjoy the Stern that propped up a guy that had emotional and drug problems then abandoned him after the dude attempted to stab himself to death....

I guarantee a lot of blacks who never even considered voting probably signed up when Obama ran. The problem is next time around when its two white guys again they wont bother hitting the polls. Not that I blame them.

And 30% of Repubs now think Obama is a muslim when only 16% of them thought he was a muslim in 2008. <----CBS poll. 31% from Pew.

Being naive is one thing, being sympathetically gullible is worse.....much worse, as these infected folks know better, they just choose to believe a convenient lie to hate all the more with.

they may have registered, but actually getting some of these people to show up at a voting booth would be another matter entirely IMO....

how much did they pay these people? Maybe they pulled a rush?

Tho, as Carlin said it...

Did you ever notice that? How many really stupid people you run into during the day?
Goddam there's a lot of stupid bastards walking around.
Carry a little pad and pencil with you. You'll wind up with thirty or forty names by the end of the day.

Look at it this way: Think of how stupid the average person is and then realize that half of them are stupider than that.

But look at all the stupid people here that are really serious and are gonna vote for Romney... Don't you think you'd feel just a little bit stupid voting for "R"? I mean, you might as well get a STUPID sticker and slap it on your forehead for even thinking about voting that way.

There is not one good reason to vote "R" this go around. The repugs have come up again with an unelectable person... Why because just like Gorge Bush the most retarded president we've ever had... Most people are just smart enough to figure out we don't want to open that box again.

There's no good reason to vote for Obama either. In fact your point just demonstrates your complete personal political bias which means your opinion is not worth the bandwidth it took to send because like the lockstep voters in the interview you just vote for a letter and your feelings.

Must of been pretty good as you quoted (effective doubling my wasted bandwidth) my entire post.

Well, I'd say Obama is at least is the smartest of the bunch compared to the train wreck that Romney's campaign is running. They can't even energize their own party. How sad... You might as well just put an 'empty chair' at the helm of the republican ticket because it seems they don't even know what direction they are going in.

Stern did all he could for Artie Lange and eventually there was nothing he could do for the guy after he attempted to kill himself. Hell even after he became violent toward staff members long before he stabbed himself Stern gave him many chances to clean up his act. Fuck the guy was even allowed to sleep on the job on air for crying out loud. So as an employer Stern was pretty god damn tolerant and did more to try help Artie then anyone else at the time.
