Sterilizing The Orange House

This has been mentioned in a few threads and I recall seeing at least one news srticle about the cost of cleaning up the infected mess Orange Julius and Klan will leave behind.

Recall the original Andromeda Strain, as the team descends through the various levels towards the laboratory. At one point they are subjected to an intense burst of light of some sort that burns off everything that could be harmful and leaves a trace layer of dust to be brushed off.

I propose the entire Orange House receive that treatment. Incinerate virtually every contaminant on every surface.

Aside from biological contaminants, I propose that it be vigorously swept for electronic contaminants planted by who knows who.

I'm more concerned about electronic bugs than viruses, covid isn't really transmitted via touch so much IIRC, doesn't live long on non-living surfaces. Can't be too careful though, not with the capital. Lots of work ahead for it and the White House. Will be some job.

If memory serves it’s not confirmed that anything wrong happened there - Trump moved a lot of things into the White House that weren’t there before, could just be moving them back out.

yep. FBI and CIA are going to have to keep track of these guys, basically recording everything they say over phone for the rest of their lives. Not one of them can be trusted with the security of the country. Hopefully enough of them get nailed early on sent off to prison so we don't have to think about them being out there.
