stereo bluetooth issues

I'm having trouble connecting a jabra 620s to my pc. I've got a bluetooth adapter (usb 2.0, bt 2.0, a2dp). I installed the toshiba bluetooth drivers (v51001T) and tried to connect the headset. I can connect it just fine as a headset but I cannot get it to connect as a stereo headset. I keep getting this error:
"the audio device may be connected to another device. Please turn the audio device power off and on, then re-establish the connection"

I do what it says and I just get the same error again:|

What am I doing wrong?

I finally got it working. I just needed to reset the headset (put it on the charger for five seconds and then power cycle it), after that my pc was able to fully connect to it. The sound on it is great!! Unfortunately for dvd watching there is a little lag between whats seen and whats heard making these useless for dvd watching which was my main intent with these🙁
