Stepping of Opteron 175

I just ordered an opteron 175 (OEM) from Monarch. Do you know what stepping I might get? and which stepping(s) would be the best for Overclocking.

From experince, the CABNE is imo one of the better steppings.

CABNE is a single core stepping...

I think you're looking for a CCWBE 0530 TMPW

Let me know what you get, that place is a couple miles down the street from me, i might have to go pick one up if they have good steppings

I just got an Opteron 175 for my girl. It's a CCBWE 0544XPMW. This guy hit 2.8GHz (Opty 170) from the get go with decent air.

My Opty finaly came. The Stepping is CCBWE 0543 TPMW.
SO is that a good stepping?

yeah, the 0543's are very good, almost as good as the 0530's.

Almost? Well almost is just fine with me. My goal is about 2.6~2.8, but if it will do more with not that much more voltage/heat, i'll take it.

Thanks, also I just found the search button.

Something funny happend when I got the chip. As soon as it came I got it out of the box and wouldn't you know it I drop it on the floor. Hope it's not broken.
