"Stepping" anyone?

Hello,
Some time back (last year) I found a website that listed the AMD Athlon, etc stepping Codes and what could be expected from the various "families" (AXIA, ASHHA, etc) of t-birds. Now I can't seem to find it. (I hate getting old!) Can anyone enlighten me and share the knowledge of such a site? It would be greatly appreciated.

yea ..i remember that one too.....good site to compare your chip stepping # with there info collected.....cant remember where right now.....will look for it.....

Yeah I know the site you are talking about too...but I can't remember exactly where it is now...lol. Anyway you could check out www.overclockers.com to get some info in their data base. Most people have their core stepping posted with their speed and voltage and such.

Hey Buz I remember the place your thinking about but unfortunately I don't think the database is there anymore 🙁 maybe you'll have better luck finding it than I did. I found the reference to it in a article about "getting to know your AMD" at ClubOC on This page. On the bottom of the page they provide a link to the AthlonOC stepping chart but the link is dead and I couldn't locate it on their site, although that doesn't mean it's not there 😉 Good luck and let me know if you find it.

Dapunisher (and others): I think we all "remember" the same site. The problem is we have a case of CRS, or as you (and I also) found out, the one link we found is now dead. I was hoping that someone else had posted something like it and others would know about it. Doesn't it drive ya nuts?!?!? Well, maybe someone will know someone that knows something about somewhere, about...............................!

(a pitiful but hopeful) BUMP for help!

How about another tactic: Does anyone know anything about the average overclock-ability of an Athlon 1.13 GHz with ASHHA stepping??

Here's a helpful link provided by Kennung Eins of GMX.net, via geForceTweak.com; also known by Guru of 3D. It has many of the past steppings. Unfortunately not the one I'm looking for but I thought I'd share it anyway. I'm still looking and inquiring.

(Partial) Sucess!! OK, here's a site that functions much the same as I was talking about. At least it will suffice for what I am looking for. So, thanks for the help everyone. I hope you will mark and find the link useful also.
