steering wheel recommendations

Looking for a nice steering wheel that has shifter and pedals that works on both 360 and ps3. Trying to keep price below 170, any recommendations?
 
I'm looking for a good FIRST wheel too...

...not necessarily for SIM RACING but so I can enjoy the NFS type games and be able to steer better than I would with a controller.

Believe your only option for PS3 & 360 support is the Fanatec GT2 which you can pre-order.. but its way more than $170.
