I tried using IE. Same result.
As to the two posts, of course I blame Steelseries. Their mouse is the problem. After doing some searches I see that many others have reported almost identical problems with the Ikari. I feel I should warn others that their site doesn't work, and that they don't respond to emails. This is something I would have liked to have been told before I bought this mouse. For a company selling rather expensive, if nicely designed, products, their support is absolute crap. This is no vendetta. Just a warning to those who might be considering purchasing from them. I ran across these threads as I was searching around looking for info on mice since I have to figure out what to buy now that this one is history.
As for me not being able to get anything working, I have no idea what you're talking about. Your link doesn't return any results for me. I assume it's a link to my posting history. Not sure what you're trying to show by that either. I've had some strange hardware failures over the years. Usually fixed by replacing the defective part. Since this mouse is no longer under warranty, that's not an option.
