No, I think it's a case of hearing how the sad Steeler fans think they actually have a chance against the Pats but can barely squeak a victory against the Browns at home.

Pats don't have a return man of Cribbs caliber, he was the only reason this was even close. There is no point in discussing football with you though, you are just a fanboi.

We only have Hobbs and Welker who have shown to be game breakers in the return game. The only fanboy is you. Your constant trolling in the Pats threads, proves that out. Nice but weak attempt.

In a steeler thread (started by a NE fan) where you jumped in making a trollish comparision about the Steelers/Pats. Agreed, nice but weak attempt to shift the blame and focus away from yourself.

I will admit I am a fan of my team, but I am also a fan/student of the game. If you can't analyze and discuss the comparitive strengths/weknesses of both teams in question then I am sorry. Don't assume others are as blinded as yourself.

Hobbs is good, I don't see these great numbers Welker has supposedly put up though.

I've never heard so much whining a bitching from a team that is undefeated... in a thread that has NOTHING to do with that team!

I know. Anytime you mention the Steelers, Patsy fans chime in. Are you guys getting worried?

Read your comments in the Pats vs Colts thread. Look in the mirror kettle!

You obviously didn't watch the Pats/Colts game last week to see the nice punt returns that Welker had to give the Pats good field position.

20 some punt returns, @ 260 yards, no TDs, 2 fumbles for Welker, not exactly great numbers. Hobbs is good, but Cribbs is still the best return man overall this season.

I went back and checked the Colts thread, guess what, Steelers brought up first by NE fans, shocker, gnight....

You obviously ignored your trolling comments in the Colts thread.

And since Cribbs pretty much only does Kick Returns, I have to give Hester the nod for best return man overall this season.

And again, you missed Welker's 3 punt returns for 60 yards in the Colts game which set-up the Pats with excellent field advantage. You definitely need to study a lot harder if you don't want to be considered a Steeler's fanboy only.

Again, Pitt was brought up first by NE fans in the Colts thread, I only responded to their comments. The Pats/Steelers thing was started here again by a NE fan, see the pattern, everyone else does clearly.

So Welker had 3 punt reutrns for 60 yards, which gives him 17 other returns for a total of 160 yards this season. Obvously he had the best game of this season returning against the Colts, but overall not too impressive. Cribbs plays WR as well, that is why he doesn't return punts anymore. Even with that he still leads the league in return yardage.

Humor me, what offenive player has the best opportunity against a 3-4 zone blitz defense?

Pats will blow out the Steelers. Steelers can barely beat the Browns at home. LOL!!!!!!

i think this wil be a closer game than i first thought it would.

though it won't be "fast" willie parker against a "slow" pats d that will keep it close. ben will have to try to do that. pats still win, leaving little doubt from the open9ing whistle.

The Pats will try to stop the run and put the ball in Ben's hands, it has been that way since his first start. I still think Willy will be able to exploit the speed difference and get upfield, especially around the edges. Regular season matchup, eh, hope it's a good game but it's not really that important IMO.

Come the postseason there should be 3-4 teams capable of making the SB, with another
wildcard playing well enough to pull off an upset against anyone. Imagine the Colts having to travel to Buffalo for a January game :D
