I have this charger. What do you mean by quick and regular?...I don't where you can choose that option...it only has one button and a LED that shows red (charging), yellow (discharging), and green (charged).

"Quick" charging= charging without first discharging.

"Regular"= Completely discharging (or "conditioning") before charging.

The 204F is a superb charger. It's a "smart" charger that has sensor technology so as not to overcharge your batteries, it's fast, and it has conditioning capability. Also comes with a car adapter. I've been using one for a year and I absolutely love it.
