in regards to my account (4 times) and they have not or will not respond. I use the hyperlink that they sent me when I try to get my password from them thru email. I beleieve it read something like this: If you are still having trouble email support@steampowered.com.

I have another account on my other computer and I used it to contact via email a moderator but to no avail.

Anybody have any suggestions on how to get a response from them?

What kind of support are you looking for? Tech support? Lost key? Something else?

I have had this account since nov 04. Our household uses it extensively and have never had to "sign in" until recently. I put in what I thought was my secret answer but got nowhere (probably my mistake). Have another account on the other computer and fortuantely I wrote everything down for it on the coupon I got from Monarch so that one is safe.

That creates a trouble ticket that you can reference when trying to contact them.

thank you so much...i filled that out with all the information I could give them. Hope to hear from them.

Thanks again to both you guys, hopefully I can get this fixed before next weekend. Grandson is spending the weekend and he luv's CS...lol

valve ususally takes a while to respond to someone (they get lots of questions)....probably 1-2 weeks.

recieved an email from steam today and they reset the password and we are in....kids will have fun this weekend!!
