So I bought the retail HL2 when it came out, now I went in and added the key for my retail HL1 GOTY edition and I have HL1 but not HL1 Source....without completely rebuying HL2 is there a way to get HL1 Source?

The "updates" to Hl1 source are very minimal and if you already played HL and HAVE it, you are better off playing it the way it was

Ya, I wouldn't even worry about trying to obtain HL:S. It's not worth $3 if that's all they charged for it.

The only way to get it is to buy the silver edition of HL2. But as was already stated, it's not worth it. It's the exact same thing.
