Steam UI responsiveness

I actually have a 120hz screen so maybe that's why it's more noticeable for me. I didn't see the video until now but it mentions you can see the lag more in the 120hz screen.

The only time steam is slow for me is when a sale is going on, other than that its fast and smooth, i do have a faily fast PC though.
