Does this mean they'll have a special on Retribution and Space Marine pre-orders? :D

I have these already from the last THQ week earlier this year when I bought the whole THQ pack and still haven't played them but will be keeping an eye on what else there is. RF: Guerrilla is supposed to be pretty good. I doubt they'll have any THQ games I don't have unless they make the DoW II expansion pack cheap.

i got RF guerrilla last time for $5, i didn't get far but it's like GTA on mars. multiplayer is a pain to play because the interface and everything is all consolized. and there's not many people online.

i loved the original game back when it came out and played it tons. multiplayer was so fun back then and geomod was really cool.

oh and what's with the warning that RFII can't run on DX10 cards? aren't they backwards compatible anyways?
it says "Notice: Direct X 10.1 ATI video cards or Direct X 10.0 Nvidia video cards are not supported."

They are not supported, but for most people it work without problems.

RF:G was really cool for a while. Nothing like leveling an entire building piece by piece with a sledge hammer. I got bored of it pretty quick though.

The THQ pack is IMO the best combo pack on steam, gonna keep a close eye this week. Thanks OP.

Never played this series, is it mindless slaughter (Doom / Serious Sam) or a shooter with a plot (like Bioshock)?

Red Faction, like someone else stated, is a GTA on Mars, however the landscape is more barren. Lot of missions, yet many are the same type. There is an overall story and the combat is pretty good along with the ability to blow practically anything up. Weapons vary but you are limited to 3 or 4 at a time which can be a pain. Overall I enjoyed the game even though I haven't finished it yet.

Awesome. Played a couple of games of Titan Quest a couple of years back. Great diablo clone game. For a few dollars I will get the steam copy.

I picked up Metro 2033 for $10, and felt it wasn't worth it, personally. Just deleted it, in fact. It was a rails shooter with some very bad design. Real pretty though and a nicely visualized Stalker-esque underground society.
