Does this mean that if anyone had bought the games before the licensing agreement expired that they can no longer download them if necessary?

If so, would this affect any Steam users who had a working copy up until the licensing agreement expired?

I am pretty sure that this means they pulled the game from Steam, thus no new sales. People who have already purchased are fine.

yeah...people that already bought it are fine... but now is impssible to buy it again (unless you get it from a retail store)
