If I have games on my wishlist, will Steam email me if they go on sale?

If not, is there a website that provides this service?
I enter the 10 games I'm interested in, and it emails me if they
a) drop in price
b) go on sale ( same difference )

No, and not that I know of.

Most of us just check steam daily🙂

There is a website that tracks prices of games across the internet including steam, however you still have to look at it as far as I know. Unfortunately the name of the site escapes me...
 
It would be nice if Steam sent emails letting you know of general sails without taking the time to go to the Steam webpage. But they don't, oh well...
