I don't even know what I would look for on the Steam forums as I don't get it myself, but whenever a Steam browser window opens (not to open an external link, but when you open something like the browser for new games), the scroll bar on the side doesn't scroll, so I can't move down the page.
This problem occurs on every window that needs scrolling, and is annoying. It happens even after I have reinstalled Steam.
Any thoughts?
(PS: Where are the AT CS; Source servers? The 2 IP's in the server post don't show anything for me when i try and add them to favs.)
