Steam Files Corrupted

HL2 Deathmatch randomly crashes to desktop, and sometimes I see purple artifacts or missing models, I suppose there's a corruption with the files since changing the drivers didn't fix it. I did the steam files validation thing and it didn't fix anything. So I decided to "Delete local file content" from steam and reinstall HL2 deathmatch, if that doesn't work do you think deleting the whole game and reinstalling it along with steam would fix the problem? The game was playing fine a few days ago, this is a new problem.
Thanks

Go to your Steam folder and run Unwise32.exe. It'll give you some options, click on Repair.

Problem is still happening :( here is a picture of the error message. It happens after 30 minutes of playing.
Anybody can help?
I tried the Unwise32 but it says "please enter the full path to the installation file", I inserted the DVD and changed the path name and it didn't work. It's asking for a file that's not on the DVD.

Not entirely sure what that error is(been getting similar errors recently in other Apps), but I think that's a RAM issue. Have you been getting that error elsewhere in Windows?

Thanks SleepWalker; after looking around in google, some people said this problem is called "Stutter Bug", is that right? They say a patch was released to fix it, but apparently it didn't fix mine. I am still looking for answers.
