i thought this game was new and from some indie developer...but then i found its from 2008 and it took the devs or whatever 4 years to bring it to the pc and it was released to pc in oct 2012...

im not buying it for taking 4 years to port a game

It's from Creative Assembly (same devs that make Total War series). It was just released on the PC with a HD remake. It was obviously never coming to the PC, but then for whatever reason Sega decided to port it and gave it a face lift.

Some people thought Thirty Flights of Loving was some kind of profound masterpiece. I felt differently. I thought it was confusing, incoherent, and cut way too short.

FYI, this "game" is only ~15 minutes long (a half hour if you really choose to explore all the maps). If you're looking for a short, experimental, interactive art piece, then this might tickle your fancy. But if you're looking for a conventional game to sink your time into, you're going to feel ripped off... even for two dollars.

If you're intrigued and have two dollars to plunk down, by all means, give it a try. Like I said: Lots of people have spoken very highly of this game. But I'm not one of them.

Maybe I'll run through it again to see if my opinion changes.

It doesn't erase demos. It erases the extra junk that is downloaded with each game, like DX, MS Framework, etc.
