Anyone else having a problem viewing their Shopping Cart in Steam?

All day it has been giving me a white screen when I try to view it or add a game to it.

Strange that the DD isn't showing on the front page. Also weird that the headline for this includes "marketing app". I think somebody screwed up somewhere.

I don't think this pack includes Episodes from Liberty City, which is in GTA IV: Complete Edition.
