Steam can't work!

Hello this past Months Steam wasn't working! i tried it with all my devices at home here is a picture what it looks like http://i40.tinypic.com/2q3nqx3.png
and this http://i44.tinypic.com/33f6u6b.png these were steam powered and steam community .com i also tried it with another browser and it doen't work i was thinking it was the router so can you help me out? can you give me all suggestions you can get because i need to play Team Fortress 2 Thanks 🙂
(i haven't installed steam yet because of this) well i tried it in another place and all worked thanks if you help if not please help 🙂
 
If none of your devices can reach the site I can only guess that either your router is blocking it or your ISP is blocking it.

I'm assuming this is a personal ISP connection and not through a school, business, or government connection.

Take screenshot, post here (and use direct image links, don't just link to the page that requires another click to see the damn image). Maybe your DNS is hosed. Does the IP resolve correctly? If so, can you browse to the IP shown in the ping results?

That error page does not look like the error page I get from Chrome when either name resolution fails or the server fails to respond. I'm running 23.0.1271.95. What version are you running?

That link in the middle where it suggests reloading the page. Hover the mouse over it and read the address in the status bar. Does it actually link to www.steampowered.com?
