Does anyone know of a PC the same size as the Stealth LPC-450 that
would beat it in price / specs / warranty?

The same size? Not unless you find the OEM that actually makes the base system.

Slightly larger? Mac Mini or one of the AOpen MiniPC models should be equal or better.

Yea, the AOpen or the Mac Mini although slightly larger would be much cheaper, for the same specs or better.
