I grill my steaks as high as my grill can go. 3 minutes on 1 side, 3 on the other. Sears the outside and keeps the inside nice n juicy. Let sit for another 3 minutes, crack open some beers, and then I have at it.

Jeff7181, your dad is a sissy. My sister likes her steak ruint like that too. A steak ain't right unless it runs red... and if your dad is worried about the "blood" tell him to find a tampon. 😛

Well the blood deal is nonsense, but I can barely stand to eat a meduim steak, let alone one that's rare. Yuck. No pink for me..
