Crapplebees is fail. If i want a good steak.. i do it myself.
:hmm:
i'm a little confused by your counterpoint.
Simple point. 99% of americans don't know how to cook a good steak, nor do they go to places that have decent steaks.
"If a concept is good, but the ability to implement it properly doesn't exist... then the concept is FLAWED.
Unless they have BBQ grills in the delivery trucks, and a chef cooking the steak to order as they drive... DELIVERY STEAK is gonna be either under cooked... or shoe leather.
Therefore it is FAIL either way."
Compared to 90% of the restaurants out there, you could deliver a steak that was superior to steaks you can get unless you cook it yourself.
You are taking the black and white approach. If it isn't as good as a steak you cook yourself, it is fail. I don't think you have any evidence that it is fail. Is cooking it correctly at your home superior? Absolutely, but that doesn't mean it is fail.
So to end, the concept of steak delivery is solid. The implementation is fail. You could have a steak delivered that is as good if not better than most other steaks unless cooked yourself. I don't see that as fail.
