All this talk of steak makes me want to go buy one and eat it. Good thing Albertson's is open 24 hours a day. 😉
 
The only way I'll eat steak is if it's on a roll with chese, sauce, and onions.

So, I'll vote for my father. He likes it well-done. He likes everything well-done. My mother says it's because his mother used to burn everything when he was a kid. ROFL.
 
Meduim-rare, cept from the Outback near me who thinks meduim-rare means rare with a brown outside. I don't like the blood, but I like it juicy.

My roommate freshman year would cook a filet that would melt in your mouth. No knife needed. The steak was AWESOME. Better than any restaurant I've been to, and I've been to good ones.
 
medium-medium well... Like if "done" on the outside with mostly pink in the middle. Don't want no cold dark spots though... so some places ya gotta go mw to keep em from going to low on ya. Can't believe how many people here like their's still mooing. Ugh. Blech. :Q:disgust::frown:
