By tearing the ass end out of him?

In case you missed it, I did not have sexual relations with that kid.

Surprisingly enough, two gay males can be friends without having wild satan inspired devil sex.

If I were you I'd go to the police immediately and before he can do anything have it noted with authorities that he's attempting to blackmail you.

In terms of a conviction, without any evidence it's not going to happen. You can't simply frivolously accuse anybody of rape and have the benefit of the doubt go to the accuser.

I'm sorry, I have nothing to contribute to this thread, but wild satan inspired devil sex got one hell of a laugh out of me... The mental images are hilarious, as are the thoughs of songs that would hold a title such as that.

But back on topic. In today's society, just the mention of rape, male or female will bring some serious charges. The kid merely needs to go to court, cry some crocodile tears, and say that you raped him, and whether the burden of proof is with him, he has a case. If anything, child welfare will look into it, causing you trouble.

I say call his bluff, but if it does go to court, get a damn good attorney.

Edit: Attention grammar nazis, I forgot a damn comma... sue me.

Is he still living with you right now? Or does he call on the phone and make the threats. If he calls then try to record it, even try to record it when he says it. You should check with CA law concerning recording someone without their knowledge. If you can't get any type of evidence concerning the blackmail, then go to the police and explain your situation. Watch it though, I've been to Redding a few times and I know it's not necessarily the most open minded community in CA.

Does he have permission from his parents to be living with you? Tough spot you put yourself in.

Yes, it is practically black mail. Let him keep living here free, or give them sh*t forever, until the Statute of Limitations to file runs out.

Whether we had sex or not doesn't really matter, they'll file just the same.

What counts as "evidence" though?

You are an idiot, yes it matters, if you had sex with a 15 year old you are guilty of statutory rape and will be convicted. Meaning if you had sex with him he has proof, if not then you should be golden. Don't have sex with minors regardless of your orientation.

Bingo.

His parents knew and were perfectly ok with him living with me for the entire time. He doesn't live here anymore because I didn't see the point in giving a free ride to a kid that isn't gonna go to school or do anything other than watch tv and play computer games.

Police had to be called to get rid of him in the first place, because he wouldn't go willingly.

Redding certainly isn't the most open minded of places, but it's better than the midwest, etc.

Ok, so you called the cops to get him out of the house? Call his bluff.

Yeah, every other time I told him he had to get out he ignored me.

I'm not stupid enough to move him by force.

Last day though, he threatened to "beat my ass" or somethin........17 year old friend of mine removed him, and we called cops.

19 hitting 16 would be criminally prosecutable assault or something

Didn't you just move to CA from Missouri in June? Did you transport a minor across state lines without parental consent? That's called kidnapping(Federal Criminal Code & Rules, U.S. Code Title 18, Part I, Ch. 55, sec.1201). Are you relying on his guardians' verbal consent to keep you out of Federal Prison? Go see a lawyer.
