I call them up today and got right through in 5 minutes. The guy I talk said they would issue a second rebate but I kinda doubt they actually sent the first because it's been about 3 or 4 months for the whole process.

Anybody dealt with these guys before?
 
Never heard of them. Who was offering the rebate and how much are we talking about? I like most people dislike rebates, but the last time I was jipped on one was for $5 back in 90s from some no name mouse company (it was free after rebate). You kind of expect to get ripped on such a small amount from a no name outfit.
